Clinician-led teaching
Every module is taught by a practitioner who performed the procedure that same week. No career lecturers, no secondhand technique.
The institute
Alpha Aesthetika Institute is the training school of the Alpha Aesthetika clinic — created because West Africa's aesthetics industry deserved education with the same rigour as its best treatment rooms. Our mission is simple: graduate practitioners who are safe, skilled and confident from their first patient.
Our mission
Since 2017 the clinic has treated thousands of patients across skin of every type and tone. The institute turns that experience into structured, accredited teaching — small cohorts, live models, and supervised clinic hours from week one.
Why train with us
Every module is taught by a practitioner who performed the procedure that same week. No career lecturers, no secondhand technique.
You work on live models under supervision from your first week — and leave with a logged portfolio of supervised cases, not just a certificate.
Protocols are built around melanin-rich skin, Fitzpatrick IV–VI — the patients our graduates actually treat across West Africa.
Standards & accreditation
Our curricula are developed against international aesthetics training frameworks and reviewed annually by our clinical board. Certificate and diploma programmes carry the institute's own accreditation, with external recognition partnerships in progress — details are published here as each is finalised.
Every graduate is assessed on supervised practical cases, written examination and a safety viva before certification is issued.
Curricula re-approved every year against current evidence and device guidance.
A verifiable record of every hands-on treatment performed during training.
No certificate is issued without passing complication-management assessment.
A note from our founder
“I opened the Alpha Aesthetika clinic to give Accra world-class aesthetic care. I opened the institute because the fastest way to raise an industry's standard is to train the people in it — properly, patiently, and without shortcuts.”

Founder & Medical Director, Alpha Aesthetika
Campus & facilities
The institute shares its East Legon campus with the Alpha Aesthetika clinic — you train in real treatment rooms, on the same devices used on patients every day.
Fully equipped clinical rooms for injectables, facials and device training — the same rooms used in daily practice.
Laser, radiofrequency and ultrasound platforms across leading manufacturers, maintained to clinical standards.
A calm, light-filled space for theory, case review and viva preparation — with coffee that takes itself seriously.
